Our mini-suite room #11 is located on the third floor (no elevator) and provides one large common room with 2 queen beds, a comfortable sitting area, full kitchen with dining table and chairs, cable TV with English and Spanish channels and easy access to our palapa terrace on the same floor.

All rooms are non-smoking, air conditioned with private bathrooms, hot showers, cable TV with English and Spanish channels, ceiling fans and offer lots of out door seating. A common lounge on the second floor hosts a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker with complimentary coffee available for all guests.
All rooms have easy access to our lovely palapa (thatched roof) terrace on the third floor providing a fabulous view of La Paz Bay. Our terrace makes an ideal place to enjoy a cocktail while viewing our famous colorful sunsets.
