Standard Rooms | Cabañas | Mini-Suite | Suite Mar Y Sol Standard RoomsMost standard rooms are on the second floor with a few on the third floor and some have a partial view of La Paz bay. All rooms are non-smoking, air conditioned with private bathrooms, hot showers, television with local channels, ceiling fans and offer lots of out door seating. Room #12 has its own private balcony and costs an additional $10/night. Room #14 is an extra large room with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed and rents for $80/night for 3 people, $5 for each extra person, 5 people maximum. A common lounge on the second floor hosts a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker with complimentary coffee available for all guests. All rooms have easy access to our lovely palapa (thatched roof) terrace on the third floor providing a fabulous view of La Paz Bay. Our terrace makes an ideal place to enjoy a cocktail while viewing our famous colorful sunsets. Rates: $65/night (room with 1 or 2 beds) $75/night (room with 1 queen bed and balcony) $75/night (room with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed)
